DMXcat-E is a multi-function configuration and test tool that you will find invaluable. Employing your phone or tablet as its wireless control panel, the DMXcat-E app includes a wealth of useful utilities to achieve many tasks. The lightweight device itself is equipped with multiple connectors to suit the supported protocols: DMX/RDM, MIDI, SMPTE and Ethernet (sACN and Art-Net).
The device’s internal battery provides up to 12 hours of operation and is recharged via the USB-C socket. An LED flashlight provides useful illumination in tight spots and an audible alarm can help you locate the unit from a distance.
