CoreSwap separates a fixture into two independent, field-serviceable modules:

Emitter Head — the LED array and optics
Driver Module — the electronics and power supply

The two modules connect via a multipin blind connector, allowing either module to be disconnected and swapped in minutes, either on-site or at Acclaim's service center.

In traditional fixtures, a single component failure (most commonly the driver electronics) means replacing the entire fixture, sending perfectly good LEDs and housings to landfill. CoreSwap helps prevent this.

CoreSwap cartridges contain the LED array, primary optics, and thermal interface as an integrated module. Swappable options include different CCT modules (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, etc.), different color engines (static white to Spectrum Four, for example), and replacement modules for failed emitters. The fixture housing, driver, wiring, and secondary optics (if external) remain in place. Available cartridge options vary by product family—consult spec sheets for compatibility.

ColorSync is Acclaim's factory calibration process that measures each fixture's actual LED output and programs correction values into the fixture's onboard memory. This ensures that when multiple fixtures receive the same DMX values, they produce visually identical color and intensity output. For installations with dozens or hundreds of fixtures—facades, linear runs, media walls—ColorSync eliminates the unit-to-unit variation inherent in LED manufacturing, ensuring seamless uniformity without manual field tuning.

ColorSync calibration is performed at Acclaim's factory during production using precision spectroradiometers under controlled conditions. The calibration data is permanently stored in each fixture's onboard memory and requires no field adjustment. Field recalibration is not supported because it requires specialized equipment and controlled environments. If a fixture is replaced, the new unit arrives pre-calibrated and should match existing installed fixtures within specification.

OLS is a collection of hybrid cables and connectors that combine AC power and DMX signal into one robust, all-weather system. It eliminates the need for individual home runs to each fixture.

Beyond raw output, ColorDrive also features intelligent calibration that maintains consistent color saturation through the entire dimming range.
